Observation

During the course of the investigation and interviews, Licensor was able to determine that a violation did occur. The director confirmed that over the counter medication was left accessible to the children on a cart in the hallway. It was brought to the office when noticed where it was determined that all tablets were acounted for. The other hazardous item (lighter)was not able to be determined if it was in fact present and accesible to children.
